GROWING INSTRUCTIONS — SMALLHOLD
Step 1: Use a sharp, clean knife to cut two “X” marks into your block (one on each side of the block). It’s ok if you cut into the substrate a bit. For Oyster blocks, each "X" should be 2" x 2" and for Lion's Mane, each "X" should be 1" x 1". Then, gather the excess plastic at the top of the bag and secure it with a rubberband.

Place mushrooms in air fryer in a single layer (you may need to cook in batches). Fry for 10 minutes, then flip + brush/spray 2 tbsp. oil onto mushrooms. Cook for another 5-7 minutes, until golden and crispy. On low heat, add Omsom starter and 3 tbsp. water to a saucepan, stirring occasionally. Turn heat off once steaming, about 5 minutes.
