Breakfast Sausage Patties Recipe | Allrecipes image

This recipe came from the Burrows side of our family and nothing gives you better satisfaction than knowing you made your own breakfast rounds. It's quick and easy, the mixture can be made in advance, and the cooked patties can be thrown in the freezer and then microwaved for a quick minute. This recipe easily doubles.

1 pound ground pork
½ tablespoon salt
? teaspoon ground marjoram
½ teaspoon rubbed sage
½ teaspoon rubbed savory
½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Steps:

  • Combine ground pork, salt, marjoram, sage, savory, and pepper in a large bowl. Use your hands to mix ingredients together. Shape mixture into eight 2-ounce patties, about the size of a small burger bun.
  • Fry sausages in a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat until cooked through, about 3 minutes per side.
