Steps:
- Stud the roast with the cloves and rub with the Smokey BBQ Rub. Place the roast in a slow cooker and top with the onions. Cover the roast with 2 cups of water and slow cook for 8 to 10 hours. Remove the pork, discard the cloves and layer of fat, as well as any water and grease remaining in the pot. When the pork is cool enough to handle, use a fork or your hands to shred and pull the meat apart. Return the meat to the slow cooker along with the barbecue sauce. Heat for 1 to 2 hours. Serve on your favorite roll.
- Combine the granulated and brown sugars, chili powder, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, pepper, salt, mustard and cayenne in a bowl and mix well. Store in an airtight container.

- Slice rolls in half. Mix together mayo, grated onion, poppy seeds, spicy mustard, horseradish, and Worcestershire. Taste it and adjust ingredients however you wish.To assemble, spread dressing on top and bottom buns. Lay on roast beef or ham, then one or two slices of cheese (I cut them to fit the small buns.) If you're using Cheez Whiz, spread a layer on the top bun. Wrap each sandwich in a foil square, and either keep in the fridge or bake right away. To bake the sandwiches, put them on a baking sheet in a 350 degree oven for 15 to 20 minutes. The buns should be slightly crusty and the cheese should be melted. Great for a crowd!

- In a 6- or 7-qt. slow cooker, combine first 9 ingredients. Add pork; cook, covered, on low until tender, 8-10 hours. Remove roast; shred with 2 forks. In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Cook meat in batches until lightly browned and crisp in spots. , Cut each loaf of bread in half lengthwise. If desired, spread mustard over cut sides of bread. Layer bottom halves of bread with pickles, pork, ham and cheese. Replace tops. Cut each loaf into 8 slices.
