This oatmeal red date and lotus seed soup is made of oats, red dates, and lotus seeds as the main ingredients, and the auxiliary ingredients are even lotus root flour and rock sugar. 80 grams oat
80 grams Lotus seed
150 grams Red dates
25 grams crystal sugar
5 grams Lotus root powder

Steps:

  • Wash the red dates and soak them in cold water for 2 hours.
  • Prepare oats and lotus seeds.
  • Wash oats and lotus seeds and soak in cold water for 1 hour.
  • Add water to the boiling pot, and boil the red dates in the pot.
  • After 10 minutes, the lotus seeds are cooked in the pot.
  • After 10 minutes, put the oats into the pot and cook.
  • After 30 minutes, add rock sugar and cook.
  • Take an appropriate amount of lotus root powder and add water to make a paste.
  • Put the lotus root powder into a saucepan. Stir constantly to avoid sticking the pot.
    Boil until the lotus root flour paste is cooked and the thick soup is ready to serve.
