STIR FRIED SNOW PEAS AND MUSHROOMS RECIPE | ALLRECIPES

Steps:
- In a medium skillet over medium heat, cook the sesame seeds about 5 minutes, stirring frequently, until lightly browned. Remove from heat, and set aside.
- Heat oil in the skillet over medium high heat. Stir in snow peas and mushrooms, and cook 3 to 4 minutes, until tender.
- Transfer snow peas and mushrooms to a medium bowl. Toss with sesame seeds and teriyaki sauce, and serve warm.

- Put the peas, olive oil and tarragon in the bowl of a food processor fitted with a metal blade and pulse until finely chopped, about 30 seconds. Add the cream cheese and process until smooth, about 1 minute. Add the Parmesan, lemon zest and salt and pulse to combine. Transfer the mixture to a bowl, cover and refrigerate until ready to use. Serve with carrot chips.

- Try to cut the carrots the same size as the peas. I get English peas from Publix and shell them while watching the Frugal Gourmet. Of course Bugs Bunny is also good to watch while shelling. Heat butter in skillet or possibly stir-fry pan over medium heat. Add in the carrots and cook 5 min and add in sugar. Continue cooking till they start to soften then add in the peas and herbs. Remove from heat when vegetables are tender-crisp.
