Spread Ranch dressing evenly on the pizza crust, leaving a ½-inch border around the edges.
Scatter the chicken, peppers and cheese on top. Bake until cheese is golden and bubbly, about 15 minutes. Let sit for a few minutes before cutting into wedges; serve warm.

- Unroll dough and press into prepared pan.
- Bake crust 7 minutes or until it turns slightly brown.
- Remove from oven.
- Spread dressing over partially baked crust.
- Sprinkle wit mozzarella cheese, tomatoes, green onions, chicken and cheddar cheese.
- Return to oven for twenty minutes or until cheese has melted.

It makes enough seasoning mix for about 4 cups dressing; you can mix it, store it, then add dairy as needed. If you don’t like the zip of mustard, try hot sauce or Worcestershire sauce instead — or simply omit for a milder taste. To make a thick dip instead of a pourable dressing, reduce the amount of buttermilk to 1/4 cup.
