4 egg
3 petals garlic
10gram Dried tempeh
2 pcs Millet pepper
1/2 spoon Sugar
2 grams salt
1 scoop Soy sauce

Steps:

  • Prepare materials
  • Bring the water in the pot to a boil on high heat, add the eggs and cook for 8 minutes at medium heat, remove them and rinse with cold water, peel the eggs and set aside
  • Millet pepper and green onion, cut into small pieces
  • Chop garlic and tempeh and set aside
  • Pour an appropriate amount of vegetable oil into the pot. When the oil temperature is 70% hot, put the egg in the pot and fry it
  • Fry until the skin is browned and wrinkled, then remove

2.5 cups white wine vinegar
6 peppercorns
2 Cinnamon stick
1 Mace (whole blade)
1 teaspoon allspice
2 cloves
1 bay leaf
1 Red onion (sliced)

Steps:

  • Boil the eggs for 10 minutes, then plunge into cold water.
  • Put the vinegar, spices and bay leaf into a pan and bring to a boil. Boil for 10 minutes, then remove the bay leaf, cinnamon stick and mace.
  • Peel the eggs. Pack the eggs and onions loosely in a warm sterilised jar. Pour over the hot vinegar, cover and seal tightly.
