6 pork chops
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 cup water
2 pounds potatoes, cubed
salt and pepper to taste

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • In a large bowl mix chicken soup and mushroom soup with water; whisk well. Place pork chops in a large baking dish. Arrange potatoes on top, then pour soup mixture over entire dish. Bake uncovered for 60 minutes or until potatoes are tender.

8 potatoes, cubed
8 thick cut pork chops
1 packet dry onion soup mix

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  • Place the potatoes in a 10x15 inch baking dish and arrange the pork chops over the potatoes. Prepare the onion soup mix according to package directions and pour this over the pork and potatoes.
  • Bake at 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) for 30 to 40 minutes, or until potatoes are tender and the internal temperature of the pork reaches 145 degrees F (63 degrees C).
