- In a bowl, mix together sausage and Palmetto Cheese.
- Add Bisquick and stir until combined. You can use a mixer or a food processor if you prefer.
- Shape into 1 inch balls. You'll get about 36.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes.

- In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, pineapple, green onions, peppers, ½ cup pecans, salt, and black pepper. Place mixture on plastic wrap shape into a ball. Wrap in plastic wrap and place inside a bowl to help keep shape. Refrigerate until well chilled, 2 hours. When ready to serve, place remaining 1 ½ cup pecans on a large plate. Unwrap cheese ball and roll in pecans to coat outside well. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve with crackers.
