Mini pies on a cake-pop stick! These also work without the cake-pop sticks, then they are just mini pie circles.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
- Roll pie crust out on a lightly floured work surface. Use a circular cookie cutter or glass to cut twenty four 2 1/2-inch rounds. Transfer 12 rounds to a baking sheet.
- Lay 1 cake-pop stick on each round with one end of the stick almost to the center of the round. Press the stick gently into the dough. Spoon about 1 teaspoon apple pie filling into the center of each round. Place the remaining dough rounds on top of each 'pop' and press the edges with a fork to crimp the border.
- Bake in the preheated oven until crust is golden and filling is hot, 20 to 25 minutes.

Steps:
- Heat oven to 400°F. In small bowl, beat egg with water until frothy; set aside.
- On lightly floured work surface, unroll pie crust. Cut into 3/4-inch-wide strips; cut each in half crosswise. Trim ends to straighten. Brush each strip with beaten egg.
- On half of the strips, spoon about 1 teaspoon preserves in thin line lengthwise down center of each strip. Top preserves on each with row of miniature semisweet chocolate chips. Cover each topped strip with 1 remaining strip. Use fingers to press edges together. Press edges with fork to seal. Place on ungreased cookie sheet.
- Brush tops of sticks with beaten egg; sprinkle with sugar.
- Bake 12 to 14 minutes or until edges are light golden brown.
- Meanwhile, in 1-quart saucepan, heat milk chocolate chips and cream over medium-low heat until chips are melted. Remove from heat; stir until smooth. Stir in Chambord.
- Serve pie sticks with chocolate-raspberry dip.

- Allow puff pastry to thaw for 20 minutes. In the meantime, preheat oven to 400°F and line baking sheet with parchment paper. Take cherry pie filling and process in processor until you small chunks form. Set aside. Mix sugar and cinnamon together and set aside. Roll out puff pastry into rectangle. Cut pastry crosswise into 14 sticks. Brush with melted butter. Sprinkle on sugar mixture. Drop spoonfuls of cherry pie filling onto pastry. Spread out evenly. Twist each stick and place on baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes. Allow to cool for 4 minutes. Serve and ENJOY!
