1 teaspoon sea salt
1 cup ice cubes
1 (1.5 fluid ounce) jigger vodka
¾ cup spicy tomato-vegetable juice cocktail (e.g., V-8)
2 dashes Worcestershire sauce
1 dash hot pepper sauce (e.g. Tabasco™)
salt and pepper to taste
1 stalk celery
2 stuffed green olives

Steps:

Salt the rim of a tall glass. To do so, pour salt onto a small plate, moisten the rim of the glass on a damp towel and press into the salt. Fill the glass with ice cubes.
In a cocktail mixer full of ice, combine the vodka, vegetable juice, Worcestershire sauce, hot pepper sauce, salt and pepper. Shake vigorously and strain into the glass. Garnish with a stalk of celery and olives stuck onto a toothpick.

1/2 cup finely grated peeled fresh horseradish
2 ounces Worcestershire sauce
2 ounces Sriracha chile sauce
Finely grated zest of 1 small lemon
2 teaspoons celery salt
1 teaspoon kosher salt
Freshly ground pepper
32 ounces tomato juice
Ice
16 ounces vodka
Lime wedges
Pickled or fresh vegetables (optional)

Steps:

In a pitcher, combine the horseradish, Worcestershire sauce, Sriracha, lemon zest, celery salt, kosher salt and 2 teaspoons ground pepper. Add the tomato juice and stir well. Cover and refrigerate until chilled, at least 2 hours.
Pour the tomato juice mixture into 8 ice-filled rocks glasses. Add 2 ounces vodka to each glass and stir. Garnish each drink with a pinch of ground pepper, a lime wedge and pickled vegetables.

Add the vodka, fresh lemon juice and tomato juice over plenty of cubed ice in a tall glass. Stir to mix well and garnish with a celery stick and fresh lemon wheel. Add vodka to a tall glass. Cut a lemon in half and griddle the cut side until charred. Squeeze the lemon into the glass with the vodka. In a jug mix 120ml quality tomato juice with 3 dashes Worcestershire sauce, 4 dashes Tabasco, black pepper and celery salt (and chilli flakes if wanted). Add ice to the glass and pour over the tomato blend, stir well and garnish with a charred lemon wheel, celery stick and chilli slice. Fry around 6-8 slices of back rind bacon and save the melted fat. Add the bacon into the oven to crisp up. In a heat proof jug add the vodka and bacon fat and stir well. Leave for at least an hour to ‘infuse’ before placing into the freezer. After two hours when the fat has solidified strain the vodka through a paper coffee filter slowly. Add the vodka into a tall glass. In a jug mix 120ml quality tomato juice with 3 dashes Worcestershire sauce, 4 dashes Tabasco, black pepper and celery salt and chilli flakes. Using a smoking gun filled with cherry wood chips, smoke the mix for 1 minute and leave to infuse. Add the smoked Bloody Mary mix to the vodka. Cut a lemon in half and griddle the cut side until charred. Squeeze the lemon into the glass with the vodka and mix. Stir well over cubed ice and garnish with a celery stick, fresh cherry tomato, charred lemon wheel and a strip of the crispy bacon.
