Great flavors! A wonderful side dish to have with any Chinese dinner! The addition of chopped carrots and onions make this lo mein very delicious. Serve warm or cold.

8 ounces thin spaghetti
1 large carrot, chopped
1 large onion, chopped
water
salt
2 tablespoons peanut butter
2 tablespoons hot water
3 tablespoons light soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
1/2 teaspoon ginger powder
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Steps:

  • Boil pasta in water with salt. Add carrot and onion. Cook until pasta is al dente and drain.
  • Place peanut butter in a small bowl. Using hot tap water, stir into peanut butter. (May adjust by using more water if desired thinner sauce).
  • Add remaining ingredients and stir into noodles. Serve warm or cold.

I used to go to school and liked the peanut butter noodles in Sha County at the entrance of the school. The taste is very mellow. I still go to eat it from time to time. But in the morning, I’m in a hurry, so I’ll try to cook it myself! Stir it, it tastes pretty good too!

2 groups Dry dough
A section Cucumber
2 scoops peanut butter
1 scoop salt
1 scoop Oyster sauce
1 scoop Sugar
2 scoops Soy sauce
Right amount Walnut oil

Steps:

  • Material preparation. Today I used sun-dried dough. The cucumbers were simply peeled and washed, and processed into cucumber shreds.
  • Add a half pot of water to a boil in a non-stick pan, and then add the dry dough. Boil on high heat until it disperses, then stir well with chopsticks, and cook until soft on low heat.
  • While cooking the noodles, make a sauce, 1 tablespoon of salt, 1 tablespoon of zero sugar, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce, and 2 tablespoons of peanut butter. More mellow.
  • After the noodles are cooked, transfer them to a bowl, drizzle a little walnut oil, and mix well while it is still hot.
  • Serve it on the plate, and then you can also mix some cucumber shreds, it tastes very good!

  • "Whisk together the milk, 3 tbsp of creamy peanut butter, and egg. Sprinkle in a few dashes of salt and pepper. Soak your chicken in this mixture for a few minutes while you get any other prep done (I did this while getting the carrots and broccoli ready to steam and starting the rice).  While chicken is soaking, put all sauce ingredients in a glass measuring cup or other microwavable container. You might want to start with 1/2 cup of water and add more later to reach your desired consistency. Microwave this mixture for 30 seconds and then whisk to thoroughly combine. Microwave another 30 seconds until hot. At this point you can add more water if necessary to make the mixture a little thinner. This can be done ahead of time and just reheated when the rest of the meal is ready. Coat soaked chicken pieces in Corn Flakes and cook in oil, flipping once, until browned on both sides and cooked through. Serve with rice & veggies of your choice and drizzle with peanut butter sauce. ENJOY! "
