SAUSAGE CHEESE BALLS – CATHERINE'S PLATES

Sausage Cheese Balls – Catherine's Plates image

Provided by Catherine's Plates

Number Of Ingredients 7

Ingredients

1 (8 oz) pkg jimmy dean pork sausage, uncooked
3/4 cup all purpose baking mix (bisquick)
2 cups mexican blend cheese (or other flavor)
1/4 cup onion finely diced
1/4 cup celery finely diced
1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp Black Pepper

Steps:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Combine all ingredients into a large mixing bowl until well incorporated.
Form 1 inch size sausage balls and place onto prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and fully cooked. Remove from oven and allow to rest for 5 minutes on baking sheet pan before removing.
