1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup Land O Lakes® Butter softened
3 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 large Land O Lakes® Egg
1 teaspoon freshly grated orange zest
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350°F.
  • Combine flour and salt in bowl. Set aside.
  • Combine sugar, butter, cream cheese, egg, orange zest and vanilla in another bowl. Beat at medium speed until mixture is creamy. Add flour mixture; beat at low speed until well mixed. Stir in chocolate chips.
  • Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls onto greased cookie sheets.
  • Bake 12-14 minutes or until light golden brown. Let stand 2 minutes on cookie sheet; remove to cooling rack. Cool completely.
