200 g Wheat flour
50 grams Mung Bean Noodles
50 grams Sorghum noodles
50 grams Cornmeal
50 grams Soba noodles
Right amount Carrot shreds
Right amount Shredded cabbage
Right amount squash

Steps:

  • Spoon the flour into the basin according to the proportion, and you can mix it according to your preference.
  • Stir the dry flour, add cold water several times and stir clockwise with chopsticks until it becomes thick.
  • Shred carrots and cabbage, and add various dishes to your liking.
  • After the water boils, put the radish first, and then wipe the noodles. Dip your hands in cold water, place the steamed bun-sized noodles on the wiper and push forward with proper force. After the noodles are wiped, wipe the sihulu, so that the wiper will be very clean. Finally, add cabbage.
  • After the cabbage is boiled, you can turn off the noodles.

2 cups whole wheat flour
2 eggs
1/4 teaspoon salt
water

Steps:

  • Mix together the flour, eggs, and salt.
  • Add water as needed slowly. Dough should be firm, but not sticky.
  • Pour dough out on a lightly floured surface until it has elasticity to it.
  • Cover and let it sit for 30 minutes to relax the dough.
  • Roll dough out to your desired thickness with a rolling pin or place in your pasta machine.
  • There are different ways to form your pasta: Cut pasta in strips. Cut in squares, pushing sides towards the center. Wrap around a kabob stick (and let dry). *BE CREATIVE*
  • Let it sit for 10-20 minutes to avoid clumping.
  • Cook fresh pasta for 2-4 minutes (it will float to the top when finished).
  • Enjoy :).
