Steps:
- Heat oven to 350°F. Place 1 teaspoon melted butter in each of 12 ungreased jumbo or large muffin cups. Add 1 tablespoon brown sugar to each muffin cup. Place 1 pineapple slice in each cup; place 1 cherry in center of each pineapple slice.
- In large bowl, beat cake mix, 1 cup pineapple juice, the oil and eggs with electric mixer on low speed until moistened; beat 2 minutes on high speed. Divide batter evenly among muffin cups.
- Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until golden brown and cakes spring back with touched lightly in center. Cool cakes in cups 5 to 10 minutes.
- Place cookie sheet upside down over each muffin pan; turn cookie sheet and muffin pan over. Remove pan. Serve cakes warm.

- Mix the first six ingredients. Refrigerate, covered, until serving. For crab cakes, combine egg, bread crumbs, mayonnaise, onion, parsley, mustard, seafood seasoning and pepper sauce. Fold in crab. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes., With floured hands, shape 2 tablespoonfuls crab mixture into 1/2-in.-thick patties. In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add crab cakes in batches; cook until golden brown, 3-4 minutes on each side. Top each with a pickle slice and sauce. Sprinkle with chives.

- Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Brush the Mini Fluted Cake Pan with oil using the Chef’s Silicone Basting Brush.Combine the flour, baking powder, and baking soda in a medium mixing bowl. Set aside.Combine the butter, sugar, and salt in a large mixing bowl. Beat with an electric mixer on medium speed until it’s smooth and light in color.Add the egg and beat until fully combined. Add the Greek yogurt, milk, and vanilla, and beat until smooth, scraping down the sides of the bowl as needed.Add the flour mixture and beat until the ingredients are just combined and there are no lumps.Use a Large Scoop to divide the batter evenly into the wells of the prepared pan. Lightly tap the pan on the counter to even out the batter.Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the Cake Tester & Releaser inserted in the centers comes out clean.Let the cakes cool in the pan for 5 minutes before releasing. Carefully invert the pan onto a cooling rack. Let the cakes cool completely before glazing.
