melon - 1(small)
prosciutto - 7 oz (200 g)

Steps:

Cut off the lid of the melon.
Using a small round spoon, carve the melon , making sure the balls come out perfect.
Make small roses from the prosciutto .
Return the melon balls inside, arranging the prosciutto chaotically between them.
Serve cold from the refrigerator.
Garnish the bites with fresh basil leaves .

1/2 Galia melon (or your favorite melon)
Juice of 1/2 lime
1 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
1/4 pound prosciutto or Serrano ham, thinly sliced

Steps:

Cut off the rind of the melon, then slice the melon into long wedges and put on a platter. Squeeze the lime juice over the melon and sprinkle with the pepper. Fold up the ham and arrange alongside the melon.
