Meatloaf without Eggs Recipe – Noor's Recipe image

This recipe will show you how to make meatloaf without eggs. It's a little different from the traditional meatloaf recipe but it tastes quite good.

1 lb ground beef
1/2 cup minced onion
1 cup dried bread crumbs
1 tbsp mustard
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 cup milk
1 tbsp ketchup
Salt and pepper to taste

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celcius).
  • In a large bowl, add the beef, onion, milk, bread crumbs and mix well.
  • Season with salt and pepper and place the mixture in a loaf pan.
  • In a small bowl, add the mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and ketchup. Mix well and pour over the meatloaf.
  • Bake it uncovered at 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celcius) for an hour.
  • Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes and then serve.

This is a very easy and no fail recipe for meatloaf. It won't take long to make at all, and it's quite good!

1?½ pounds ground beef
1 egg
1 onion, chopped
1 cup milk
1 cup dried bread crumbs
salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons prepared mustard
? cup ketchup

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • In a large bowl, combine the beef, egg, onion, milk and bread OR cracker crumbs. Season with salt and pepper to taste and place in a lightly greased 9x5-inch loaf pan, or form into a loaf and place in a lightly greased 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • In a separate small bowl, combine the brown sugar, mustard and ketchup. Mix well and pour over the meatloaf.
  • Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 1 hour.
