A coworker makes these for all the office potlucks and there are never leftovers. When I finally asked for the recipe I was shocked at how easy it is.

Ingredients

2 can(s) beef gravy- you can use canned or 2 jars
1 large bag of frozen meatballs, beef

Steps:

Place 1/2 the meatballs into a crock pot and cover with 1 can or jar of gravy. Continue with remaining meatballs and gravy, stir until coated
Turn crock pot on high and cook for 2-3 hours or until hot
These are great as is or you can serve over egg noodles or white rice for a meal. If served with noodles or rice, I suggest adding 1 more can or jar of gravy

Oct 30, 2014 · Anyone try Lena's Soul Food Cafe? I had to stop in the parking lot there and noticed it and walked over to take a look. I already ate so didn't try anything and there was a short line out the door (6-7 people?) around 3 p.m. so that was a deterrent. The food was on a steam table but it looked good. Other sites give it 4/5th.
