1/3 cup plus 2 tsp whole milk (90 ml)

Steps:

  • Prepare the espresso in a small cup or pour pitcher
  • Foam the milk in a steaming pitcher, and pour it into a decorative glass
  • Add the espresso to the glass

Iced Latte Macchiato

2 tsps. (4g) NESCAFÉ Classic?
2 Tbsps. (30ml) freshly boiled water (approximately 75º C)?
1 tsp. (4g) brown sugar (optional)?
7 medium ice cubes?
160ml cold low fat milk?

Steps:

  • Mix the instant coffee with the hot water. Stir it well and leave to chill.
  • Add the sugar into the milk.
  • Froth the milk with a handheld frother for 3 minutes. You’re aiming for a foam layer of 2 fingers thick - 35mm, to be precise.
  • Pour the foamed milk into the glass over the ice cubes.
  • Slowly pour the chilled coffee brew into the milk foam. Aim for the centre to create those iconic latte macchiato layers.?
  • Enjoy your coffee!
