packages (8 Ounces Each) Cream Cheese, Slightly Softened

whole Green Onions, Sliced

whole Large Carrot, Peeled And Finely Diced

stalk Celery, Finely Diced

1/2

whole Red Bell Pepper, Finely Diced

1/4 c.

Finely Diced Red Onion

1 tbsp.

Chopped Chives (more To Taste)

1 tbsp.

Chopped Dill (more To Taste)

clove Garlic, Peeled

Steps:

  • Combine the cream cheese with all the other ingredients in the bowl of a food processor. Pulse until the mixture reaches the consistency you want: it can be chunky, with larger pieces of the veggies, or you can keep going until it's very mixed together. Transfer the spread to a container and store, covered in plastic wrap, in the fridge. Serve cold with crackers, crostini, bagels, or use as a spread on a veggie sandwich.Note: Add more or less of any veggie/herb you'd like!

This olive cheese bread recipe makes for a delicious appetizer or mid-day snack!

6 ounces black olives, drained
6 ounces green olives with pimento, drained
2 stalks green onions
1 stick butter, room temperature
1/2 cup mayonnaise
12 ounces monterrey jack cheese, grated
1 loaf french bread, sliced lengthwise

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 325. Chop up the black olives and pimiento-stuffed green olives. Slice the green onions into small, thin pieces. Combine the butter, mayonnaise, cheese, olives and green onions in a mixing bowl. Stir together until thoroughly combined. Spread the mixture onto the French bread and bake until the cheese is melted and browning. Should take approximately 20 minutes.
