Steps:
- Place the mozzarella, cheddar and cream cheeses into a microwave safe bowl. Heat at 30 second intervals until the cheeses are completely melted and can be well combined into a type of dough.
- Add the almond flour, onion powder and salt to taste to the cheese dough, and knead with your hands until incorporated well.
- Place the dough into a mixing bowl with the egg, and beat on high until smooth.
- Put the dough into the freezer to chill for 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
- Remove the chilled dough, and roll it out to about ¼ of an inch thick between two pieces of parchment paper.
- Use a small goldfish shaped cookie cutter to cut out the goldfish shapes and place them on a parchment lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes until cooked through and browned.
