Naturally sweetened using bananas and maple syrup, with fibre and protein-heavy buckwheat flour standing in for all-purpose, these must-try muffins are sooo much healthier than most, making them perfect for guilt-free snacking. Grab one on the go for a breakfast-time boost or serve to your little ones for an energizing after-school snack!

Preheat oven to 350F degrees.
In a large bowl, combine dry ingredients. In a separate bowl combine wet ingredients. Add the wet to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Pour into a standard, greased muffin tin or muffin tin lined with paper cups.
Bake for 15 minutes or until a toothpick or cake tester comes out clean.
