Steps:
- Spread all cupcakes with frosting. Separate Double Stuf Oreo cookies by carefully slicing down, leaving filling on one side of each sandwich. Scrape any cookie crumbs off filling. Place 2 cookie halves, filling side up, on each frosted standard-size cupcake. Gently press brown M&M's into Oreos to finish eyes and an orange M&M's into frosting as beak. Cut pointed ears out of leftover cookie halves and tuck into top of each cupcake behind eyes.
- Repeat process with mini cupcakes, mini cookies and mini M&M's.

- Preheat oven to 180ºC and line 2 12-cup muffin tins with black cupcake liners. Prepare cupcake batter according to package directions. Scoop cupcake batter into liners and bake until a toothpick inserted in the centre comes out clean, 22 to 25 minutes. Let cool. Frost cupcakes with chocolate frosting, making two swooshes on top for ears! Top with Oreo halves, icing side up for eyes. Dot the bottom of chocolate mini M&Ms with frosting and place on top of Oreo halves for eyeballs. Place an orange mini M&M for the nose.
