Fill an old-fashioned glass with 1 cup ice.
Combine vodka, coffee liqueur, Irish cream, and heavy cream in a cocktail shaker. Add ice; cover and shake until chilled. Strain into the prepared old-fashioned glass.

Add chocolate syrup to inside of two cocktail glass. Add vodka, Kahlua, Baileys, and heavy cream to a cocktail shaker. Fill with ice and shake until well chilled. Strain into glasses and garnish with chocolate shavings.
