My version of a Thai recipe that brings the heat and bold flavors. Pasta is one of my family favorites. I cook pasta several times a week but it can get boring unless you kick it up a little bit. I took two separate recipes and made it into one absolutely superb dish. Don't take my word for it try it and agree.

Number Of Ingredients 9

3/4 pound(s) pork belly
I package(s) angel hair pasta
1 large onion
1 large bel pepper
2 stick(s) chili peppers
1 clove(s) garlic
2-3 pinch(es) salt, pepper, red pepper flake, and garlic powder
1/2 cup(s) soy sauce
1/4 cup(s) oil

Steps:

  • Trim rind off pork belly. Cut into small pieces. Heat frying pan with oil. Fry until almost crisp but not done. Add all veggies and saute til tender.
  • Boil dumplings for about 6 minutes. Drain and let dry. Add to meat mixture. Turning to brown.
  • Cook pasta in salted boiling water. 8-10 minutes and drain. Mix in meat mixture and mix well together.
  • Add soy sauce and mix well. Serve
