BAKED FRENCH FRIES (OVEN CRISP!)
If crispy oven fries do not make their way into your life nearly enough, here's a delicious reminder to change that immediately.

Steps:
- Cut potatoes into fries and add to a large bowl of water. Allow to soak for 30 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 375° F and line 2 large baking sheets with parchment paper. Set aside.
- Drain potatoes and rinse them well under cold water. Dry thoroughly on paper towels. (Toss any extra small or thin fries as they will burn during cooking.)
- Add potatoes to a large mixing bowl and toss thoroughly with garlic olive oil.
- In a small mixing bowl combine salt, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, paprika and dill weed. Add to the fries and toss to coat.
- Place French fries in a single layer on prepared baking sheets and bake for 20 minutes.
- Stir fries well, rotate the baking sheets, and increase oven temperature to 450° F. Bake for another 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
