1 clove garlic
1 tablespoon lemon juice
¾ cup reduced-fat mayonnaise
3 tablespoons fresh parsley
1 tablespoon fresh mint
1 tablespoon chives (all minced)
1 teaspoon lemon zest

Steps:

  • In a blender, puree 1 clove garlic with 1 Tbsp. lemon juice. Add 3/4 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise, 3 Tbsp. fresh parsley, 1 Tbsp. fresh mint and 1 Tbsp. chives (all minced); pulse to blend. Fold in 1 tsp. lemon zest. Serve immediately or cover and chill for up to 1 day.
