This combination makes a moist and healthier version of the typical breakfast sausage.

2 pound Ground Beef
2 teaspoon Dried Sage
2 teaspoon Dried Marjoram

1 teaspoon Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
1 teaspoon Sea Salt
1/2 teaspoon Onion Powder
1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
1/2 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
1/8 teaspoon Ground Nutmeg
2 tablespoon Butter
2 tablespoon Red Palm Oil

Steps:

  • Place Ground Turkey (2 pound) and Ground Beef (2 pound) into a large bowl.
  • Add Dried Sage (2 teaspoon), Dried Marjoram (2 teaspoon), Dried Thyme (2 teaspoon), Summer Savoury (1 teaspoon), Crushed Red Pepper Flakes (1 teaspoon), Sea Salt (1 teaspoon), Onion Powder (1/2 teaspoon), Garlic Powder (1/2 teaspoon), Ground Black Pepper (1/2 teaspoon), and Ground Nutmeg (1/8 teaspoon).
  • Add the Butter (2 tablespoon) and Red Palm Oil (2 tablespoon) to the bowl, and mix everything together. Shape the mixture into patties. The size is up to you.
  • Add a little more butter or palm oil to a pan over medium high heat because these will want to stick. When hot, add the patties to the pan and cook in batches. Make sure not to crowd the patties.
  • Fry on medium heat until nicely brown on both sides and cooked through the middle.
  • Serve warm.
