Steps:

• "1) Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2) In a large frying pan, over medium heat, brown ground beef and sprinkle with salt, pepper and minced onion. Set aside to cool. 3) In a food processor, process cream cheese and add eggs one at a time until well incorporated. 4) Pour over ground beef and stir to combine. Pour into bottom of 9x9 casserole dish. Press meat mixture into bottom of pan, to cover. 5) In frying pan in butter, over medium heat, cook mushrooms until softened and turning brown. Sprinkle with seasoning salt, parsley and black pepper. 6) Pour mushrooms over meat mixture in casserole dish. Move around to completely cover meat. Sprinkle with Mozzarella Cheese mixture to cover. 7) Bake about 20-25, or until set. DO not overcook. 8) Add to serving plates and sprinkle with remaining Parmesan cheese to garnish. Serve with a green salad. "

• Fill a large pot with lightly salted water and bring to a rolling boil. Cook egg noodles at a boil until tender yet firm to the bite, about 6 minutes. Drain.
• Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium heat. Cook and stir ground beef, seasoning with salt and pepper, until no longer pink in the center, about 8 minutes. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read at least 160 degrees F (70 degrees C). Drain; reserve drippings in the skillet.
• Reduce heat to medium-low. Pour chicken broth, chicken soup, sour cream, cheese, rosemary, and thyme into the skillet. Cook and stir, seasoning with salt and pepper, until well combined and the cheese is melted, 5 to 7 minutes. Reduce heat to low. Stir in the egg noodles and ground beef; cook until evenly mixed, 3 to 5 minutes.
