SOUTHERN PEACH COBBLER RECIPE | ALLRECIPES
Everybody loves this recipe, even my friends who do not like sweets. Excellent with fresh whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Place butter in a deep 2 quart baking dish and place in oven to melt.
- In a medium bowl, mix sugar and flour. Stir in milk, a little at a time, until wholly incorporated. Pour carefully over melted butter in dish. Spoon peaches and syrup over batter.
- Bake in preheated oven 35 to 45 minutes, until crust is puffed and golden.

Steps:
- Heat oven to 350°F. In ungreased 1 1/2-quart casserole, mix fruit mixture ingredients. Microwave uncovered on High about 4 minutes or until bubbly around edge; stir.
- In medium bowl, mix all topping ingredients except 1/2 teaspoon sugar with spoon until stiff dough forms. Drop dough by 6 spoonfuls (about 1/4 cup each) onto warm fruit mixture. Sprinkle 1/2 teaspoon sugar over dough.
- Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until topping is golden brown. Serve warm.
