1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup pineapple-orange juice
1/8 teaspoon almond extract
1/8 teaspoon coconut extract
1-1/2 cups green grapes
1-1/2 cups seedless red grapes
1-1/2 cups fresh blueberries
1-1/2 cups halved fresh strawberries
1 can (8 ounces) pineapple chunks, drained
1/2 cup fresh raspberries
Thinly sliced fresh mint, optional

Steps:

For dressing, mix first 5 ingredients until sugar is dissolved. Place fruit in a large bowl; toss gently with dressing., Refrigerate, covered, until serving. If desired, top with mint.

1/4 c. honey
1/4 c. freshly squeezed orange juice
Zest of 1 lemon
1 lb. strawberries, hulled and quartered
6 oz. blueberries
6 oz. raspberries
3 kiwis, peeled and sliced
1 orange, peeled and wedges cut in half
2 apples, peeled and chopped
1 mango, peeled and chopped
2 c. grapes

Steps:

In a small bowl whisk together honey, orange juice, and lemon zest. Add fruit to a large bowl and pour over dressing, tossing gently to combine. Chill until ready to serve.
