square pretzels

120 g

creamy peanut butter

350 g

white chocolate chips, melted

1 tbsp.

coconut oil

Green food colouring

candy eyes

Chocolate sprinkles

Mini pretzel sticks

175 g

chocolate chips, melted

Steps:

  • Spread peanut butter onto half of the square pretzels, then place the remaining pretzels on top. Stir coconut oil into melted white chocolate, then add a few drops of green food colouring to the mixture and whisk to combine. Line a small baking tray with parchment paper. Carefully, add the peanut butter-filled pretzels to the green chocolate mixture and toss until fully coated. Using a fork, transfer to the baking tray. Add the chocolates sprinkles on the top of each to create hair, then add two candy eyes to each. Break mini pretzels into small pieces to create ears and stick a small piece into each side of the head. Pour the melted chocolate into a plastic bag and snip a little piece off of the corner. Draw a mouth onto the pretzels with the chocolate.

3 medium ripe avocados, peeled and cubed
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
3 tablespoons minced fresh cilantro
2 tablespoons lime juice
1/8 teaspoon salt
Tortilla chips
Optional: Sour cream, refried black beans and ripe olives

Steps:

  • In a small bowl, mash avocado with a fork. Stir in the onion, cilantro, lime juice and salt. , Spoon guacamole onto a platter; shape into a rectangle. Place chips near the top of the head. Decorate face as desired with sour cream, refried black beans and olives.
