2 cups fresh orange juice
2 cups mango (fresh or frozen)
1.5 cups cilantro, chopped ((about 1 bunch))
2 tsp matcha green tea powder (optional)
1 small chunk ginger (optional)

Steps:

  • First juice your oranges, it is VERY important that you use fresh orange juice. The bottled stuff just won't give the same benefits
  • Add the orange juice, mango, cilantro, matcha green tea powder and ginger to the blender and blend on high speed until smooth and creamy. Enjoy!
