OVEN-DRIED ORANGE SLICES RECIPE | MARTHA STEWART
For a fun two-ingredient garnish for a cocktail or a mocktail, make these easy dried orange slices. The hardest part of this recipe is slicing the orange thinly, beside that the oven does all the work.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Line a baking sheet with a nonstick baking mat. Top with orange slices in a single layer, and generously dust with sugar. Bake until the peels are dry and the flesh is translucent, about 2 1/2 hours.

Steps:
- Arrange the citrus slices over two baking trays lined with baking parchment so they’re in a single layer. Heat the oven to 110C/90C fan/gas ¼. Bake for 2 hrs until firm and dry, turning the trays around halfway through. Check after 1 hr 15 mins, removing any orange slices that are drying out too quickly, then continue to cook the rest.
- Leave to cool completely on the tray, then package with the garnishes of your choice.
