Steps:
- Remove the meat from the refrigerator and allow it to rest at room temperature for 15 minutes. Gently pat dry with paper towels and season both sides with salt and pepper.
- Preaht your air fryer to 375 F (190 C) for 5 minutes.
- Place seasoned filet mignon in the air fryer basket. Fry at 375 F (190 C) for 15 minutes, flipping the filet over halfway through.
- In a microwave-safe dish, place garlic and butter. Microwave for 30-45 seconds, or until the butter is melted.
- Stir in Dijon mustard, chopped thyme, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Remove fried filet mignon from the fryer and transfer to a serving plate. Drizzle with butter sauce. Serve hot.

- In a small mixing bowl, combine breadcrumbs, salt, and black pepper. Mix well and set aside.
- In a separated bowl, sift the flour. Pour beaten eggs into a third mixing bowl.
- Dip fillets into the flour first, then into beaten egg, and then cover with breadcrumb mixture. Transfer breaded fish fillets to the air fryer basket. Spray with olive oil spray.
- Fry at 350 F (175 C0 for 8-12 minutes, or until haddock is golden. Serve hot!
