- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray an 11 x 7 inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray; set aside. In a large bowl, stir together chicken, 1 c. cheese, soup, milk, sour cream, tomatoes and dry Ranch seasoning. Place half of the crushed Doritos (about 2 c.) in the bottom of the prepared baking dish; top with chicken mixture. Bake, uncovered, for about 20-25 minutes or until heated through. Sprinkle top of the casserole with remaining crushed Doritos and remaining shredded cheese. Place dish back in the oven for about 5 minutes or until the cheese has melted. 6 servings. *To make in advance: The casserole can be prepared in advance and kept in the refrigerator overnight until ready to bake. Don’t add the top layer of chips and cheese until the final 5 minutes of baking time as instructed above.

- Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 13x9-inch (3-quart) baking dish with cooking spray. In large bowl, toss Doritos™ and melted butter until well coated. Sprinkle 4 cups of the Doritos™ evenly in bottom of casserole. Top with 1/2 cup of the cheese.
- In large bowl, stir pasta sauce and taco seasoning mix until well blended. Add chicken, tomatoes and 1/2 cup of the cheese; stir until well mixed. Spoon evenly over Doritos™ in baking dish.
- Bake uncovered 30 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining Doritos™ and remaining 1 cup cheese. Bake about 5 minutes longer or until hot and cheese is melted.
