I found this "clone" recipe at recipegoldmine.com. It is very similar to the cinnamon butter served at Texas Roadhouse restaurants in Dallas. They bring it to you to serve on their in house dinner rolls. (Please see recipe I posted for these rolls (Texas Roadhouse Buttery Dinner Rolls), just recently. I love how easy this is to mix up and serve, probably with ingredients you already have on hand. Cook time is prep. time.

- In a large bowl, cream the butter, sugars and oil. Add eggs and vanilla; mix well. Add flour, salt, baking soda, cream of tartar and cinnamon. Stir in the pecans if desired. Cover and refrigerated for 3 hours or until easy to handle., Roll into 1-in. balls. Place 2-in. apart on greased baking sheets; flatten with the bottom of a glass dipped in sugar. If desired, sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. , Bake at 375° for 10-12 minutes or until set.

On a floured surface, roll each piece of dough into a 9"-x-10" rectangle, about 1/4" thick. In small bowl, combine brown sugar and cinnamon. Brush rectangles with melted butter and sprinkle with sugar mixture. Tightly roll up each rectangle into a tight log.
