CINAMON COFFEE RECIPES
SAUSAGE AND APPLE BREAKFAST CASSEROLE - ALLRECIPES
Sweet, spicy apple chunks, sausage, and Cheddar cheese add loads of flavor to this egg and bread cube casserole that's perfect for brunch.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Toss apples with sugar and cinnamon; set aside.
- Beat eggs, milk and vanilla in large bowl with wire whisk until well blended. Add bread cubes, sausage and 1 1/2 cups cheese and apple mixture; stir gently until evenly coated.
- Spoon into lightly greased 13x9-inch baking dish; top with remaining 1/2 cup cheese.
- Bake 40-45 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting into 12 squares to serve.
- Serve with warm maple syrup.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C). Coat a 2 quart casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- In the casserole dish, mix together rice, sugar and salt. Stir in milk and vanilla.
- Bake, uncovered, in preheated oven for 1 1/2 to 2 hours, stirring every 20 minutes. Let stand for 30 minutes. Sprinkle top with cinnamon.
