1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup coarsely chopped almonds
1/2 cup chopped candied cherries
1 teaspoon almond extract

Steps:

  • In a microwavable bowl, combine milk and chocolate chips. Microwave on high until chips are melted and mixture is smooth when stirred, about 1 minute. Stir in almonds, cherries and extract. Spread evenly in a greased 8-in. square pan. Cover and chill until firm. Cut into squares. Store, covered, in the refrigerator.

3 cups white chocolate chips
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
2 tablespoons butter
1 cup chopped dried cherries
½ tablespoon almond extract

Steps:

  • Grease an 8x8-inch square baking dish.
  • Melt chocolate chips, condensed milk, and butter in a saucepan over medium-low heat, stirring often, about 5 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in cherries and almond extract. Pour fudge into prepared baking dish and spread into a smooth layer. Cover and refrigerate until firm, 1 to 2 hours.
  • Cut fudge into 64 1-inch square pieces.

  • PREHEAT oven to 350° F. Line 13- x 9-inch baking pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides of pan. Grease foil. Set aside.
