WONTON BREAKFAST RECIPE - SIMPLE CHINESE FOOD

Wonton breakfast recipe - Simple Chinese Food image

Xiaobao returned to live at home. What I have for breakfast is part of my daily communication with him. The little guy speaks very well, and he has his own favorite set of foods. Just like today's breakfast, he said he wanted to eat wontons, the cooked wontons are chewy, and the fried wontons are fragrant. I immediately accepted what he meant. In the morning, I prepared fried wontons and soup wontons for Xiaobao. Friends may find it troublesome. In fact, I only use the Dongling breakfast machine to finish it easily.

Provided by Niu Ma Kitchen

Total Time 30 minutes

Yield 3

Number Of Ingredients 8

1 package Shrimp Wonton
3 pcs egg
1 pie Noodle cake
1 serving pea
Right amount carrot
1 piece beef
Right amount black pepper powder
Right amount Corn oil

Steps:

  • Prepare a bag of Longfeng Shrimp Wontons, Eggs, Steak, Lo Mee, and Peas.
  • Add an appropriate amount of corn oil to the sandwich plate of the Dongling breakfast machine.
  • Add thick beef and fry on both sides for ten minutes.
  • Add water to the soup pot and boil it until the soup bottom is open.
  • Put half of the shrimp and big wontons in the soup pot.
  • Cook until the wontons are almost cooked, put the noodles in the pot.
  • Boil slightly, add peas and cook.
  • Then add the right amount of carrot shreds to mix.
  • Finally, mix the ingredients in the wonton bag with seasoning.
  • Add the remaining half-pack of wontons to the frying pan provided with the machine.
  • Fry until the bottom of the wonton is slightly golden.
  • Then add water and simmer until the wontons are cooked through.
  • When collecting the juice, keep the lid open. After the juice is collected, the bottom of the wonton is crispy.
  • When the wonton is fried, the thick meat is also fried, the color and luster are beautiful and the smell is very good.
  • There is still a little oil in the pan, just beat in the eggs and fry them until they are cooked through.
  • In this way, the breakfast of wontons is complete. You can eat wontons like soup or fried wontons.
