Preserved egg tofu recipe - Simple Chinese Food image

A few days ago, I received the gift box of Junxian products from Meijijie trial product. I am very happy. Thanks to the staff of Meijijie and Junxian factory. Today, I used this June fresh soy sauce to make a simple and delicious home-cooked dish. I hope you like it:

Total Time 15 minutes

Yield 3

Number Of Ingredients 8

1 piece Lactone Tofu
2 pcs Songhua Egg
15ml June Fresh Premium Soy Sauce
5 grams peanut butter
A teaspoon salt
10gram chopped green onion
5ml sesame oil
10gram Minced garlic

Steps:

  • June Fresh Products Received
  • Prepare the ingredients
  • Cut the onion and garlic and set aside
  • Add light soy sauce, chopped green onion and garlic to a small bowl, add appropriate amount of salt and sesame oil, stir well, add chili oil for spicy ones.
  • Add some peanut butter or tahini, stir well and set aside
  • Dice the tofu and preserved egg
  • Put the cut tofu and preserved eggs on a plate, pour the seasoning sauce, and sprinkle with chopped green onion when eating.
