1/2 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 pinch garlic salt
1 1/4 cups cheddar cheese, divided
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 1/4 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon milk

Steps:

  • Save half of cheddar cheese to sprinkle on top.
  • Mix the other ingredients together in bowl.
  • Spoon into greased casserole dish, top with cheese.
  • Bake at 325°F for 30 minutes.

6 Hairy crabs
1 piece ginger
1~2 garlic
1 Green onions
2 pieces Shallots
10gram Dried chili
10gram pepper
2 tbsp Spicy sauce
2 tbsp Doubanjiang
1 tbsp Oyster sauce
2 tbsp Sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 tbsp Vinegar
1 can beer
2 teaspoons pepper powder
Right amount Cooking oil
Right amount Cooking wine

Steps:

  • For hairy crabs, use iron picks or scissors to pierce the crab shells, remove the soft shell, and scrub with a soft brush.
  • Cut off the legs of the crab, untie the small pieces, remove the crab cover, and remove the cheeks for later use. Cut green onion into sections, cut green onion into flowers, slice ginger, and cut dried chili into sections for later use
