Chives recipe - Simple Chinese Food image

1 piece Chives
Right amount salt
3 petals garlic
1 tsp Soy sauce
1 tsp Balsamic vinegar
A few drops sesame oil
1 piece White sesame
1 tsp Chili oil
1 tsp Sugar
A few drops Vegetable oil

Steps:

  • Wash the leeks and mince the garlic; put water in the pot, put a little salt and a few drops of oil in the water, add the leeks after the water is boiled (not too long, just change the color)
  • Remove the blanched leeks, soak them in cold water immediately, remove the squeezed water, and cut into inch sections
  • Put the sliced leeks into a large bowl, add minced garlic, light soy sauce, chili oil, sesame oil, balsamic vinegar, a little sugar, salt and cooked white sesame seeds and stir evenly.
