Ingredients

1 package orange cake mix (regular size)
1 package (3.4 ounces) instant vanilla pudding mix
4 large eggs
1/2 cup canola oil
3/4 cup orange juice
1/4 cup vodka
1/4 cup Galliano liqueur
GLAZE:
2-1/2 cups confectioners' sugar
4 tablespoons orange juice
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
Optional: Assorted white sprinkles and citrus fruit segments

Steps:

Preheat oven to 350°. Grease and flour a 10-inch tube pan., In a large bowl, combine the first 7 ingredients; beat on low speed 30 seconds. Beat on medium 2 minutes. Transfer batter to prepared pan., Bake until top springs back when lightly touched, 45-50 minutes. Cool in pan 10 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely. , In a small bowl, mix glaze ingredients until smooth. Pour over cake. If desired, top with white sprinkles and serve with segmented citrus fruit.
