This Bloomin' Brie Bread from Delish.com is the ultimate cheesy bread.

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°. In a small bowl, whisk together oil, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Slice off top quarter of bread. Place the wheel of brie on top of the bread and use a paring knife to trace around it. Scoop out inner circle of bread. Brush oil mixture on inside of bread. Carefully, cut down around edges of bread to create slices that people will tear after baking. Sprinkle with about 1/2 cup mozzarella, place brie on top, then sprinkle with the rest of the mozzarella. Place bread top on top of cheese and bake until cheese is melty and the bread is toasty, about 20 minutes. Serve warm.

12 -16 ounces monterey jack cheese, thinly sliced
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 -2 tablespoon garlic, minced
1/2 cup green onion, finely diced
2 teaspoons poppy seeds

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Cut the bread lengthwise and widthwise without cutting through the bottom crust. This can be a little tricky going the second way but the bread is very forgiving.
  • Place on a foil-lined baking sheet.
  • Insert cheese slices between cuts.
  • Combine melted butter, garlic, onion, and poppy seeds. Pour over bread.
  • Wrap in foil; place on a baking sheet.
  • Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 15 minutes.
  • Unwrap the bread and bake 10 more minutes, or until cheese is bubbling.
