Steps:
- Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add onion, celery, garlic, salt, and pepper. Cook and stir until slightly softened, about 3 minutes. Add diced tomatoes, vodka, lemon juice, hot sauce, and Worcestershire sauce. Bring to a simmer. Cook until sauce is hot and flavors are combined, about 5 minutes.
- Fill blender halfway with sauce. Cover and hold lid down with a potholder; pulse a few times before leaving on to blend. Pour into a lidded jar or container. Repeat with remaining sauce.

- Salt the rim of a tall glass. To do so, pour salt onto a small plate, moisten the rim of the glass on a damp towel and press into the salt. Fill the glass with ice cubes.
- In a cocktail mixer full of ice, combine the vodka, vegetable juice, Worcestershire sauce, hot pepper sauce, salt and pepper. Shake vigorously and strain into the glass. Garnish with a stalk of celery and olives stuck onto a toothpick.

Meanwhile, in a small saucepan over medium heat, add marinade. Bring to a simmer and cover until reduced by half. When wings are ready, brush them with the thickened sauce and broil on high for 3-5 minutes. Make dip: In a small bowl, whisk together sour cream, horseradish and dill. Serve.
