1 tsp dried thyme
1 tsp ground black pepper

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
  • Place the vegetables onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and drizzle oil and spices over them.
  • Toss to combine.
  • Bake vegetables for 20 minutes or until tender. Serve hot!
