SCALLION FLOWER ROLL RECIPE - SIMPLE CHINESE FOOD

Steps:
- Add yeast, water, knead and ferment the flour to 2 times its size.
- Knead the dough to exhaust air, roll out into thin slices, brush with oil, sprinkle salt, and sprinkle with chopped green onions.
- Fold along the long side.
- Cut into 8 sections and stack 2 together. Press it with chopsticks.
- Pinch down both ends of the indentation tightly.
- Make all the Hanamaki one by one. Put it into the steamer with the mouth closed and let it stand for 20 minutes.
- Proof until the Hanamaki is noticeably larger and feels light. Steam on a medium-to-small heat for 20 minutes. Turn off the heat and simmer for 10 minutes before uncovering, the green onion is rich and fragrant!
