These bite-sized bats have an adult-friendly flavor from the goat cheese, cream cheese, and pesto mixture. The kids will love to shape the bats' bodies, decorate their faces, and give them wings. Keep it simple by preparing just about everything ahead of time.

Steps:
- Mash together cream cheese, goat cheese and pesto. Chill for 40 minutes.
- Shape mixture into 16 2-inch balls, about 1 heaping tsp. each. Roll in black pepper and poppy seeds to cover. Press two olive slices into balls for eyes and place peppercorns in centers for pupils.
- Insert chip on either side of ball for wings; serve.

- Heat oven to 350°F. With bat-shaped cookie cutter or kitchen scissors, cut tortillas into bat shapes. Place shapes and large scraps on ungreased cookie sheets. Spray both sides of shapes and scraps with cooking spray.
- Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown and crisp. Cool completely, about 15 minutes.
- Meanwhile, in small bowl, mix remaining ingredients except peanuts. Sprinkle dip with peanuts. Serve dip with bat snacks.

- Preheat oven to 350°. Cut tortillas into bat shapes with a 3-3/4-in. cookie cutter. Place tortillas on baking sheets coated with cooking spray. Spritz tortillas with cooking spray. Combine the garlic salt, coriander, paprika and pepper; sprinkle over tortillas. Bake until edges just begin to brown, 5-8 minutes., In a small bowl, combine cream cheese and salsa. Spread into a 9-in. pie plate. Carefully spread guacamole to within 1 in. of edges. , Place sour cream in a small resealable plastic bag; cut a small hole in a corner of bag. Pipe thin concentric circles an inch apart over guacamole. Beginning with the center circle, gently pull a knife through circles toward outer edge. Wipe knife clean. Repeat to complete spiderweb pattern. Serve with tortilla bats.

Pour glaze over moon cookies to cover, letting excess frosting drip onto wax paper; let set at room temperature until dry (or refrigerate to speed up the process). Spoon chocolate frosting into a microwave-safe bowl; tint black with the black food color. Microwave on high 10 to 15 seconds, stirring once, until a pourable glaze consistency. Pour glaze over bat cookies to cover, letting excess frosting drip onto wax paper. While frosting is still wet, add nonpareil eyes; let set at room temperature until dry (or refrigerate to speed up the process).
